Purpose of processing: the details you submit (full name, email, phone, optional message) are processed solely to schedule and hold appointments, design your nutritional care and communicate with you. They are not shared with third parties without your consent.

Health data (special category, Article 9 GDPR): your optional answers about a diagnosed medical condition and about medication or supplements are special-category personal data. They are processed solely to design your nutritional care, and only if you give explicit consent with the corresponding box on the booking form. Health data is never sent by email; it is stored only in the application database and can be accessed only by the controller.

Your rights: under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Visitor statistics: only if you agree in the cookie message, the website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), as described in the Cookie Policy. No health data, contact details or appointment details are sent.
